How Aurastin handles enquiry data.

Information collected

When you submit an RFQ, Aurastin receives the contact and project details you provide, including your name, company, business email, market, website, product interest, document requests, project notes, and campaign parameters.

How it is used

We use this information to assess, respond to, and manage a business enquiry; provide requested documentation; maintain a record of the discussion; and improve the relevance of our marketing channels.

We do not sell RFQ information. Access is limited to personnel and service providers involved in hosting, enquiry handling, and business communication.

Service providers and retention

The website uses service providers for hosting, secure database storage, and email delivery. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, follow-up, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
